- The Norcross’ Excel Federal Credit Union checks all their new accounts with TeleCheck rather than the commonly used ChexSystems.
- First Tennessee
- Navy Federal Credit Union accounts are given to people who work or have worked (and their families) for the Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard. The credit union can be found Athens, St. Mary’s and Kings Bay.
- SunTrust Bank (previously known as Crestar) will sometimes grant accounts to folks who have a ChexSystems record, although it’s not known what they base their criteria on for approval. Suntrust will soon offer RightStart, a second-chance program.
