- City National Bank will open an account for people, even if they have a negative incident on the ChexSystems record.
- Arvest Bank may or may not use ChexSystems. If they use it, they may be willing to deliberate persons who have a negative record. Be sure to provide proof that the incident has been paid for.
- Yukon National Bank often grants accounts to people who have a negative ChexSystems report but only if you can give them proof that the items have been paid for.
- Fort Sill National Bank May not use ChexSystems. And, if they do, they may be willing to overlook the negative incidents on the file.
- Fort Sill Federal Credit Union often opens accounts for people, even if they have a negative mark on their ChexSystems.
